A delightful period three storey terraced cottage, situated in the heart of this popular village, beside the Kingsbridge to Dartmouth coast road, near picturesque Blackpool Sands, which is ideal for children and toddlers and is not over commercialised. It is only a few hundred yards from an ‘olde worlde’ pub and a couple of excellent restaurants including a seafood restaurant with take away fish and chips. The village shop has a good range of all the necessities of life, including local produce. This pretty stone cottage has many homely touches, with attractive decor and unlike many cottages of this era is surprisingly light and quite spacious.
